Welcome to ClasificadosWeb.cl. These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of, and use of the website www.clasificadosweb.cl and the associated services offered through the Platform.
By accessing or using ClasificadosWeb.cl, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with them, they must refrain from using the Platform.
1. Identification of the Platform Operator

Hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, “ClasificadosWeb.cl”, “we”, “us”, or the “Platform”.
2. Nature of the Service
ClasificadosWeb.cl is a digital classifieds platform that allows users to publish, search for, and contact others regarding advertisements for goods, services, opportunities, real estate, vehicles, employment, used items, and other categories available on the website.
ClasificadosWeb.cl acts solely as a technology intermediary and publishing platform. The Platform is not the owner, seller, buyer, landlord, tenant, broker, agent, representative, guarantor, or party to any transactions, communications, negotiations, or contracts that may take place between users.
Any purchase, sale, rental, hiring, provision of services, delivery, payment, warranty, return, repair, transfer, or any other obligation arising from an advertisement is carried out exclusively between the users involved.
3. Users
The Platform may be used by natural persons or legal entities that have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts and assume obligations under applicable law.
The user declares that all information provided to ClasificadosWeb.cl is truthful, current, complete, and lawful. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, updating, and legality of the data, texts, photographs, prices, descriptions, and any other content they publish.
ClasificadosWeb.cl may reject, suspend, or delete accounts, listings, or access where, in its reasonable sole discretion, it considers that there has been a violation of these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the security of the Platform or other users.
4. Publication of Listings
The user who publishes a listing is solely responsible for its content. In particular, the user represents and warrants that:
- They have the right, authorization, or sufficient legal basis to offer the published good, service, or opportunity.
- The published information is truthful, clear, complete, up to date, and not misleading.
- The images, trademarks, texts, logos, and other materials used do not infringe the rights of third parties.
- The listing complies with applicable Chilean law.
- The product, service, or opportunity offered is not illegal, fraudulent, misleading, dangerous, or prohibited.
- They will be directly responsible for any claim, complaint, damage, loss, penalty, or harm arising from their publication.
ClasificadosWeb.cl does not review or verify all listings prior to publication and does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, availability, quality, safety, authenticity, ownership, condition, value, origin, or characteristics of the goods or services advertised.
5. Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to publish, offer, promote, or facilitate through the Platform:
- Stolen, counterfeit, adulterated, or unlawfully obtained goods.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or items subject to special regulation without the corresponding authorization.
- Drugs, illegal substances, prescription-only medicines, or unauthorized healthcare products.
- Sexual services, exploitation, human trafficking, or unlawful sexual content.
- Material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, image rights, or other third-party rights.
- Scams, pyramid schemes, phishing, financial fraud, or unlawful fundraising or solicitation of money.
- Discriminatory, defamatory, violent, threatening, abusive content, or content contrary to public order.
- Personal data of third parties without authorization.
- Any content contrary to Chilean law or these Terms.
ClasificadosWeb.cl may remove any listing without prior notice where it considers that the listing violates these rules, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
6. No Verification of Users or Listings
Unless expressly stated otherwise, ClasificadosWeb.cl does not verify the identity, solvency, background, legal capacity, reputation, address, ownership, or actual existence of users or of the goods and services published on the Platform.
The user accepts that they must carry out their own checks before entering into any transaction. This includes verifying documents, ownership, condition of the goods, legal background, permits, warranties, payment methods, the identity of the counterparty, and any other relevant matters.
ClasificadosWeb.cl recommends exercising caution, avoiding advance payments to unknown persons, being cautious of unusually attractive offers, and using secure payment and delivery methods.
7. Relationship Between Users
Communications, negotiations, agreements, and transactions between users are the sole responsibility of those users.
ClasificadosWeb.cl shall not be liable for breaches of contract, fraud, damages, losses, defective products, false information, non-payment, non-delivery, pricing errors, cancellations, contractual breaches, warranties, returns, accidents, property damage, personal injury, or any other dispute between users.
Any claim arising from a transaction must be directed against the relevant user.
8. Payments, Prices, and Featured Services
If ClasificadosWeb.cl offers paid services, featured listings, promotions, subscriptions, or other premium functionality, the specific terms applicable to those services will be communicated on the Platform.
Payment for a publishing, promotion, or visibility service does not guarantee sales, contacts, commercial results, visits, leads, completed transactions, or permanent positioning.
ClasificadosWeb.cl may modify prices, plans, categories, features, or commercial conditions at any time, while respecting services already purchased under the conditions applicable at the time of purchase, unless otherwise justified by legal or technical reasons.
9. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Remove
ClasificadosWeb.cl may, at any time and without liability, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Platform, its categories, features, content, or services.
It may also remove listings, block users, suspend accounts, or restrict access where there are indications of misuse, fraud, legal violations, risks to other users, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms.
10. Availability of the Platform
ClasificadosWeb.cl will endeavor to keep the Platform available and functioning properly but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability, nor freedom from viruses, technical failures, attacks, data loss, or interruptions.
The Platform may be affected by maintenance, updates, connectivity issues, failures of third parties, force majeure events, cyberattacks, or other events outside the Operator's reasonable control.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClasificadosWeb.cl is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without express or implied warranties of any kind.
ClasificadosWeb.cl does not guarantee:
- That listings are truthful, complete, current, or lawful.
- That users are who they claim to be.
- That the listed goods or services exist, are available, or have the advertised characteristics.
- That a transaction will be completed or will be satisfactory.
- That the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, interruptions, or unauthorized access.
- That third-party content is accurate, lawful, or appropriate.
- That use of the Platform will generate income, sales, contacts, or other benefits.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClasificadosWeb.cl, its owner, administrators, partners, directors, employees, collaborators, suppliers, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunities, loss of revenue, reputational damage, moral damages, damages resulting from fraud, breaches between users, or any other loss or damage related to the use of or inability to use the Platform.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, ClasificadosWeb.cl is legally determined to have any liability, such liability shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by the user to ClasificadosWeb.cl during the three months preceding the claim for the specific service giving rise to the claim or, where no payment was made, to a maximum amount of CLP $10,000.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory Chilean law.
13. User Responsibility and Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClasificadosWeb.cl, its owner, administrators, partners, directors, employees, collaborators, suppliers, and representatives from and against any claim, lawsuit, complaint, sanction, fine, damage, loss, cost, expense, or legal fee arising from:
- The user's use of the Platform.
- The user's publications, listings, images, texts, or content.
- The user's communications or transactions with other users.
- A breach of these Terms.
- A violation of laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- The publication of false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
14. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to the Platform, including its design, software, structure, databases, trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, interfaces, functionality, and other proprietary elements, belong to ClasificadosWeb.cl or its licensors.
The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the Platform.
By publishing content on ClasificadosWeb.cl, the user grants the Operator a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, index, promote, and publicly communicate such content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Platform.
The user represents that they have all rights necessary to grant this license.
15. Reports and Removal of Content
Any person who believes that a listing violates the law, third-party rights, or these Terms may report it through:

The report should, where possible, include:
- Identification of the listing.
- The reason for the report.
- Supporting information or documents.
- The reporting person's contact details.
ClasificadosWeb.cl may review the report and take measures such as removing the content, requesting additional information, suspending the user, or making information available to the competent authorities.
Receipt of a report does not constitute an acknowledgment of liability by ClasificadosWeb.cl.
16. Personal Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the ClasificadosWeb.cl Privacy Policy and applicable Chilean law, including applicable personal data protection legislation.
The user accepts that ClasificadosWeb.cl may process data necessary to operate the Platform, manage accounts, publish listings, facilitate contact between users, prevent fraud, improve services, comply with legal obligations, and send communications related to the service.
The user is responsible for not publishing personal data relating to third parties without authorization.
17. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links, integrations, advertisements, or references to third-party websites, services, payment gateways, maps, tools, social networks, or other resources.
ClasificadosWeb.cl does not control or guarantee such services and shall not be responsible for their availability, content, policies, security, operation, charges, damages, or losses arising from their use.
Access to and use of third-party services is at the user's sole responsibility and risk.
18. Security and Fraud Prevention
ClasificadosWeb.cl may implement technical, manual, or automated measures to prevent fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, fraudulent listings, or suspicious conduct.
Such measures may include reviewing listings, blocking accounts, restricting functionality, removing publications, verifying email addresses, analyzing usage patterns, and cooperating with competent authorities.
However, ClasificadosWeb.cl does not guarantee the detection or elimination of all fraud, risks, or unlawful conduct.
19. Taxes, Permits, and Legal Compliance
Each user is solely responsible for complying with their tax obligations, permits, authorizations, registrations, licenses, statutory warranties, receipts, invoices, declarations, insurance requirements, and any other requirements applicable to their activities, goods, or services.
ClasificadosWeb.cl does not provide legal, tax, accounting, commercial, or technical advice to users.
20. Minors
Use of ClasificadosWeb.cl is intended for adults or persons with sufficient legal capacity. Minors may only use the Platform under the supervision and authorization of their parents, legal representatives, or guardians, who shall be responsible for such use.
21. Electronic Communications
The user accepts that communications between ClasificadosWeb.cl and users may take place electronically, including by email, web forms, messages within the Platform, or notices published on the website.
Electronic records, digital communications, and acceptance of these Terms may serve as evidence of the relationship between the parties in accordance with applicable legislation governing electronic documents.
22. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
ClasificadosWeb.cl may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform and will become effective upon publication unless a different effective date is specified.
Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If the user does not agree with the changes, they must stop using the Platform.
23. Termination
The user may stop using the Platform at any time.
ClasificadosWeb.cl may suspend or terminate a user's access where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, a request from an authority, abusive use, harm to third parties, or any conduct affecting the security, reputation, or operation of the Platform.
24. Force Majeure
ClasificadosWeb.cl shall not be liable for failures, delays, faults, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, power outages, cyberattacks, actions of public authorities, regulatory changes, labor disputes, pandemics, wars, civil unrest, supplier failures, or other events of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
Any dispute relating to the Platform, these Terms, or the use of ClasificadosWeb.cl shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.

Special Clause for Publishing Listings
By publishing a listing, you declare that you are solely responsible for its content, legality, accuracy, and continued accuracy. ClasificadosWeb.cl does not participate in transactions between users, does not verify listings, and does not guarantee identity, payment, delivery, quality, availability, or legality of the goods or services published.
